Return Policy

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

Please email support@dsignapparel.com to initiate the return process.

Return the product within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within a week of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

All swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. 

  • Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
  • Return of Funds - after we approve a cancellation or refund and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, We will return or credit the amount of the purchase

  • We reserve the right to:

    •  Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use
    • Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use
    • Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use
